At WELLthy, we know that true wealth lies in our health. We are Erin and Christina, the passionate founders behind this wellness venture. Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations to prioritize their well-being by focusing on the four key dimensions of health: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep and Stress. Our individual careers organically resulted in an increased demand for corporate wellness presentations - so we joined forces.
Together, we bring almost 40 years of combined, extensive experience in the wellness industry, with each of us specializing in different areas of expertise. Our diverse backgrounds and unique skill sets allow us to approach your company’s wellness needs from multiple angles, ensuring a comprehensive and well-rounded approach. ​

Hi, I’m Erin, a Certified Health and Well-being Coach, yoga teacher and fitness instructor from Northeast, Ohio.
​
In my 15 years of being a health and wellness expert, I've been dedicated to helping people unlock their full potential by achieving optimal health. I specialize in corporate wellness programs, and one-on-one coaching, where I guide others with everything from managing health conditions through lifestyle changes to sleeping better. My goal is to empower individuals and teams to lead healthier lives, reduce stress, and increase productivity through personalized wellness strategies.

With certifications in Health and Well-being Coaching, Mental Health First Aid, Precision Nutrition, and Ergonomics, I take a holistic approach that integrates physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Whether guiding clients to improve nutrition, manage stress, or find the right movement for their bodies, I believe health coaching is about building meaningful relationships and offering support in all areas of life.

Outside of my professional work, I’m a wife and mother of three, and I’m committed to keeping health at the forefront of our family life. I understand firsthand the challenge of balancing family, career, and personal wellness, and I’m passionate about helping others find harmony and thrive in every aspect of their wellness journey.

Hi, I’m Christina, a registered dietitian/nutritionist and certified yoga teacher based in Cleveland, Ohio.
​
Throughout my 15 year career, I’ve been dedicated to helping people not only understand what to eat but also how to eat in a way that supports their overall well-being. Trained in Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT) and eating disorders, I specialize in helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies. By fostering a mindful connection to nourishment, I empower my clients to become more attuned to their bodies’ needs, manage stress effectively, and recognize the type of movement that works best for them. When these elements align, the foundation for sustainable wellness begins to take shape, and positive changes follow naturally.

My love of individual counseling grew into a love of speaking to the masses, encouraging people to find a new way to think about food and their body. My work is grounded in the practice of mindfulness and helping people understand how their life can truly change when this practice is fully understood and embraced, is extremely fulfilling.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a wife, mother of three beautiful children, and - of course - a proud dog mom. For myself, I love practicing and teaching yoga but also love to spend my downtime with a good binge-worthy show! With a busy family life, I know the importance of slowing down to appreciate the moments we find when we simply - pause.
